The staff were very friendly and attentive.
The breakfast setup was chaotic, with insufficient food available. Our family room was located down multiple flights of stairs, making it difficult to navigate with luggage. we encountered a musty smell in the corridors, which was quite off-putting during our stay.

The Twin Trees Hotel in Ballina offered a spacious family room, perfect for our group. Cleanliness stood out, with fresh linens and a tidy environment. Breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, with a nice buffet setup. The evening meal in the bar was enjoyable, especially the fish and chips. It’s a shame the corridors had a bit of a musty smell. the shower door didn’t close properly, causing water to spill out. Staff were generally polite but could improve on attentiveness during busy meal times. our stay was pleasant, but attention to some maintenance issues would enhance the experience.

Ample parking made our arrival easy! The bar lounge had a cozy vibe, and the food in the restaurant was really good, especially the hot breakfast selections. 🌞 The staff also went out of their way to help with local tips and suggestions.
The garden areas could use some attention. a little cleanup would enhance the overall feel.

Chill atmosphere and friendly staff
We had a fantastic 3-night family stay. The staff were super helpful, especially in the restaurant. Loved that bar food—really hit the spot after a long day. Our room was cozy and clean, but the beds could've been a bit more comfy. Got to try their packed lunch for a day out, yum!

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The staff is exceptional , especially Rachel and Dave who really go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. I had a great chat with the bartender in the evening , he made me feel right at home with his hospitality.
It wasn't inexpensive , but with the quality I experienced, I found it to be reasonable.
